Bonjour Monsieur Shlomi

Sinópsis:

Shlomi, un joven de 16 años, vive con su impaciente madre, su hermano soldado y su abuelo enfermo. Si bien no es bueno en la escuela, Shlomi resulta un excelente cocinero y se hace cargo de todas las tareas del hogar. Un día, uno de los directores de la escuela se da cuenta que el joven es un genio y trata de promover su carrera. Sin embargo, Shlomi resulta más interesado en cuidar a su familia y a un nuevo amor, su bella vecina.

Synopsis:

16 years old Shlomi lives with his restless mother, his soldier brother and their ill grandfather. Although not doing well in school, Shlomi is a gifted cook and takes care of most household chores. One day, the school's principal finds out Shlomi is actually a genius and tries to get him into a more suitable curriculum. However, Shlomi is more interested in taking care of his family and his new love interest, the beautiful girl next door.This  Israeli comedy directed by Shemi Zarhin explores why many adolescents have trouble seeing their true worth. Feeling unloved by his mother and alone at school, Shlomi overcompensates with his service of other and has nothing left when it comes to developing his own unique talents. The drama conveys the challenges that overtake this quiet and sensitive youth as he behing to boom and open up to the positive forces that are liberating him.
